French Toast?

I had a craving this morning and I had a thought. Make French Toast on the egg. I'm sure it can be done, but wonder where I can find a griddle that would fit. Does Lodge make one? If I could make French Toast, why not an omlet, or sausage & eggs, etc. Just some randome thoughts/ideas.[p]Smokey

Smokey,[p]I've got one that I ordered from Cabelas that is round. It is flat on one side and raised like a grill pan on the other and works very well. I'll see if I can find the link to it over on their site. I know the item number is 51-3780 from what my receipt says. What size egg do you have? I may have a good alternative instead of the cast iron.[p]Zip

<p />Zip,[p]The above is a picture of it and it is available from Cabela's. The item number is XA-51-3780 so you can search for the item by number in the upper left corner of the homepage. It sells for 19.99 and is a pretty nice unit. It's hard to keep seasoned because I use it mostly for blackened steaks and fish, but still a valuable tool.[p]Zip

WessB,[p]No problem at all on the large. I went out and measured it from handle to handle it is 16 and 7/8 inches across. I drilled a hole in each handle so I could pick it off the grill with some boot hooks. Just keep in mind that when it is 500º it can make nice grill marks in a table! [p]Zip
