Simple, Healthy Sandwiches

Last night I had a couple of hot Italian turkey sausages I needed to either cook or freeze. I decided to make sandwiches with them. I cooked them direct on a raised grid at about 300-350 for about 30 minutes. I never checked their internal temp, just took them off when the casing was somewhat charred and starting to split.[p]I used a mini baguette, spit into two pieces for rolls. That was toasted for a couple of minutes to crsip the outside some. The sandwich was just the sausage on the baguette with some spicy brown mustard. Very tasty, filling and much healthier than pork sausage. (I haven't given up pork sausage, but sometimes I like to have something that's better for me)
