XL Plate Setter

I have had my BGE for 3 weeks now and am enjoying it. Is there a "plate setter" for the XL?[p]Do the other sizes ship with the plate setter or is it an add-on?[p]The BGE site does not list an XL plate setter.[p]Thanks,

    Allyen,[p]It is available, and it is an add-on. I think I paid about $60 in Waldorf, MD. It is a fairly new item so don't let your local distributor tell you it does not exist. You just might have to order from the Mothership.

    There is a plate setter available for Small, Medium, Large and XL eggs. They are an additional accessory. Call the mothership in Atlanta or see your dealer to order. Good luck![p]TNW

    I have a platesetter for my XL, I got it with the egg about a month ago. It is fine, except, compared to the large egg, the legs are very short so the distance between fire and the plate setter with legs inverted is very short, and with legs up there isn't really much space between grill and plate setter for drip pan or anything else. However, it does the job. I don't know price as I got it as they didn't break down the prices on my bill.
