Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloins and Grilled Squash

Just did a simple cook last night of a tenderloin wrapped in bacon and some summer squash. The loins had been marinating in Andrias sauce for 2 days, then I took them out, wrapped them in about 4 strips of bacon each, and grilled them at 325 direct for 25 minutes, turning occasionally.[p]The squash was just a small green squash fresh out of the garden, cut in half sengthwise, rubbed with olive oil and a vegetable rub that I have, and grilled direct for about 4 minutes a side. The combination of tenderloin and grilled veggie was a real winner. I think next time I'm going to cut thinner slices of squash, not just half the squash. It would absorb more smoke and would allow it to get a bit more crispy.[p]Easy cook but good eats and gave me some good ideas for 'sperimentin with grilled veggies.[p]Troy
