<p />Hey all I am phsyched! I just cooked and consumed the best salmon filet I've ever had anywhere. Here are the details:[p]One almost 8 oz salmon filet, topped with black pepper, maybe two pinches of lemon peel, and two tsp soy sauce. Cooked on the Egg direct between 280 to 325 for about 23 minutes with just a touch of cherry wood, then added teriyaki glaze for the last 4 minutes.[p]It was wonderful. Hope my wife doesn't see this, she was working and needless to say there wasn't any left overs.[p]Keep em Smokin,
