...because I just finished a "slab" of spare ribs I cooked for six hours at 235 degrees w/cherry wood chunks. OMG...it's been an hour since I got done eating and the smoke flavor is still lingering in my mouth!!! I have never tasted better ribs before...no lie. My wife wants dessert, but I don't, because it will ruin the after taste. Thank you...thank you...thank you for the invention of the BGE!!!
