Back in the dark ages when I cooked on a gas grill, I'd do a simple chicken breast for about 12-15 minutes on medium heat. Maybe heat up the grill initially to sear it a little. Can I do a chicking breast on the BGE just like a steak? (2 min per side sear at high heat, 4 min per side dwell works for me.) I gotta an unexpected face to feed tonight and they only do chicken...
