Tonight...trout

Giant rainbow trout fillet, planked on cedar. A side of baby Brussels sprouts with a drizzle of sesame oil and some chived mashed potatoes. A glass of crisp Cuvaison and a mini-creme brulee.[p]Just sharing.

    Hank,[p]My favorite trout recipe is a whole rainbow trout, deboned as much as possible, stuffed with olive oil, thin lemon slices, sage leaves, salt and pepper...then you wrap the whole thing in bacon (it takes about 5-6 slices per trout) and grill it.[p]I may have to make that one again soon. The farmer's market near my house had a great trout guy last summer.
