I learned the bad way on my first Cedar Plank. Got the egg to hot. Next time went 225-250.[p]No smoke on this one.[p]Mike

I don't plank very often, but it is an Egg skill I seem to have mastered.

Hank,[p]My favorite trout recipe is a whole rainbow trout, deboned as much as possible, stuffed with olive oil, thin lemon slices, sage leaves, salt and pepper...then you wrap the whole thing in bacon (it takes about 5-6 slices per trout) and grill it.[p]I may have to make that one again soon. The farmer's market near my house had a great trout guy last summer.
