Once in a while a excellent web page article is written in Brisket Bar Bee "Q" and this, IMHO is one of them. Thanks to DTM on Basso's forum for highlighting it.[p]Most of the basics are there, brisket selections, cooking times, even a chart.[p]Does this conflict with the BGE?? Not in the least. All the information is adaptable to the BGE style of cooking. Enjoy!!
