took the plunge

After some sage advice from the forum, my wife and i took the plunge and bought a large egg for our anniversary. started off with burgers and dogs on saturday, and for mothers day a beatiful pork loin roast. tonight we will try some chicken thighs, and are shooting for pizza this weekend.
