I'm getting ready to prepare my first London Broil. Do I prepare it like a steak, or does anyon have any imput. Marinades/sauces all that good stuff!! I've got friends on the way and they always look forward to anything off the egg!! Thanks guys!!! Lisa

Simple is good with an LB. I still like the guinness stout marinade. A bottle o Guinness, some garlic powder or even fresh crushed garlic, black pepper, and maybe a dash or three of oyster or soy sauce if you feel like it. Marinate overnight, and cook like a big thick steak. Slice thin accross the grain, and have some shrooms handy. Good stuff...even cold the next day![p]BluesNBBQ is a master of LB.
