jake42,
Looks good, but what is it?
-
alb,Its a marinated chicken breast stuffed with asiago cheese and Italian seasoning. With Italian seasoned bread crumbs.
Gave me the perfect opportunity to work my large and medium Egg in tandem.

jake42,
It sounds good! Why do you need both eggs for it?
-
alb,
I got the Large stabalized at 350 while I used the small to sear all four sides of the chicken. After that put them in the large to finish the cook. This way I did'nt have to wait on the small to come down to temp to do the same thing.
The cooking instruction call for searing on the stove to and then transfering to a 350 degree oven. Why not do it on the Eggs got em sitting right next to each other and did not have to heat up the house. I'll use any excuse to fire those puppies up.

jake42,
Good idea!
