or don't.[p]It's that time for my quasi-monthly "This I Know" post.[p]1) After burping stand to the side when opening her up. Somebody beat me to the side handle idea.
2) Waldorf would be my travel fest choice. I ain't been to C. Billy's in 20+ years.
3) 6:30 screw on the daisy and it won't fling open when ya open it.
4) I'm still undecided between Rosebud and FatJimi for my LR handle. Luckily he's a few months behind till Eggtoberfest.
5) My Disappearing Mustard jars have disappeared.
6) The egg trailer is crazy!
7) Google Picasa (thanks Trex!)
8) Restart leftover lump in the chimney starter to burn off the funk!
9) Justification for a thermapen or Guru will cause a brain freeze
10) and my favorite... "When the egg burps at you it will freak you out!" from a random poster who got a lil flashback. I opened a 500^ egg about 6 inches a week or so ago while on the phone (not thinking) and got a nice blue flame 8inch dia "UFO ring" (insert scream here)[p]
