I just got the July issue of Bon Appetit in the mail today. What a great issue! It's a must read for all of you since it features "The Great Summer Barbecue." Some awesome looking food in there with recipes that can only be made better by Mr. Humpty. I'm trying the strawberry shortcake with mint and whipped cream on p 125 AND the Halibut and red pepper skewers with chili-lime suace on page 110 along with the garlic/lime shrimp tonight! I'll give you the feedback later....

I made some adjustments in the menu based upon what was on special at the seafood store...Mako, Marlin and Mahi. Each about an inch thick and cut into cubes for the skewers. I was thinking a nice mint jullip beforehand and a nice Shiraz with dinner. If you can make it to Hershey by 6:00 EST you'll be welcomed!
