Flank Steak

A little "Dales" steak seasoning and some Dizzy Pig "Raising the steaks" it will be the most flavorful flank steak you ever made...You can see a picumentary of it in the cooks section of my website...

I use store bought Goya Mojo marinade for flank steak. Great for fajitas.

Here is how I do them using a slightly modified version of Alton Brown's Marinade:[p]TNW

I like to use a bottle of Guinness, a little salt, black pepper and fresh minced or crushed garlic. The Guinness adds a nice flavor to grilled beef.

Hardboiled,
Any brand of French salad dressing. Enough to cover the meat in the refrigerator overnight. when you are ready to grill,take it out of the french dressing, while its still dripping, Put it on a searing hot grill, flip once and take it off when it smells done. slice cross grain. doesn't get simpler
