We made it home late last night - It felt soooo good to touch down on the runway. :)[p]We had a blast at Waldorf, and Brent is still laughing/ marveling at all the Nerdery shirts!! Egret - you are too much![p]I haven't had a chance to get the pictures off my camera - Brent had a surprise for me when I got home.... a new Mac Book! I am barely getting the hang of this thing. I am going to install Photoshop Elements and then let the pictures begin!!! lol...... trust me, I've got some good ones!! ;)[p]More to come in a bit.....

    I will second icemncomth's comments on the Mac. Our whole family has switched over to Macs (even my wife) and we love them. YOu can do a lot with iPhoto by itself. The learning curve is very short and soon you will be questioning how you functioned without one.

    AlaskanC, it was really great seeing you two again. In honor of you on Sunday morning I had 'Eggs Alaskan'. The local diner had 'Eggs Benedict' and 'Eggs Alaskan' which was just like the Benedict except with salmon instead of Canadian bacon. Now we just need to figure out how to get you to the "Blues and BBQ" festival in July.

    It was one of the highlights of MY fest this year - meeting you two. Your wit on this forum, and when you posted that ring I just knew Brent was a 'good guy' I was a bit 'StarStruck' when you entered the meet&greet.
    The rain was a SNAFU but you made the most of it. I am really hoping that one of these years we'll get to chat for a longer period face to face.
    You've got a friend in Maryland....

    melissa, glad you and brent made it home safely . .. hopefully he showed off that nice jacket i bought him all the way home :)[p]finished the white salmon last night .. .cooked it like you guys do, with the onion, lemon, dill and LOTS OF< LOTS OF butter - tell brent, i used LOTS OF BUTTER!!!!! . .the family loved it . ..[p]thanks again. .looking forward to seeing you two again in atlanta . ..
