Pork in adobo sauce

Stopped in to a new super mercado and picked up some pork marinated in adobo. About $3/lb, 6"x10"x1/4" slices from a shoulder. Grilled it kinda medium, and then but it into strips and made fajitas with red bell pepper and onion in the discada deglazed with a little rum (would have preferred beer, but the keg was too far away. Garnished with some avocado and Bufalo Jalapeno sauce, served on corn tortillas shallow fried in olive oil on the discada.[p]These tacos were a thing of beauty.
