I cooked up a wonderful "big" batch of what turned out to be VERY spicy chili at Eggfest this year...I did it on an XL and every time I opened the egg to stir the chili the response from everyone nearby was....man..check out that pan....LOL...I absolutely love that pan....so here are a couple of links that will allow you to get your own if you are interested...I did an E bay search..and all I found was a 15" version of the exact same pan....
"Fagor Paella Pan"
I got to thinkin...that will "probably" fit perfectly on a large even with the handles...but dont hold me to that, I did say "probably".... as I dont have the 15" pan.....Mine is the 18" which absolutely fits perfectly on the XL...here is the exact pan I was using, although not who I bought it from....
18" Fagor [p]Hope this helps out those who were asking about it..[p]Wess

    WessB,
Hey Wess, do they make a version without the nonstick coating? [p]Brett

    The Virginian,
I honestly have no idea...I went on a search to find a decent pan to make chili on the XL and this was the one I liked the best....I have no idea what else the company makes..but can easily say..this is a quality pan..made of aluminum...light weight but very sturdy..if I had to guess I would say it holds somewhere between 3 to 5 gallons...I didn`t want anything "to" fancy just to smoke it up on the egg and this fit the bill nicely....and I dont remember exactly what I paid but it definately was less than the link I posted..[p]Wess

    <p />The Virginian,
I've told folks before about the enameled cast iron pot I bought at Target. Found two new toys in Oklahoma City at Wallyworld, a 6.5 quart pot and a 3 qt braiser that might fit the bill for what you looking for. Can you ask for a better color? LOL[p]I Haven't seen them locally but they will ship online purchases to your local store for no shipping.
