<p />Thawed out a small pork loin roast. Rubbed it down with a nice Jerk rub. Misted with Pineapple juice every 1 hour.[p]jampkrst1.jpg[p]Indirect at 225 for a couple hours.[p]jampkrst2.jpg
Basted with Mojito sauce. Rum based, Mr. Spring Chicken[p]Ready to slice and serve.[p]Mike
