My wife bought frozen lobsters ( I forgot to tell her to get uncooked) and we want to know if you can steam food on the BGE. Help

    Thaw them, and then do Houndog's Dwell in the Shell recipe. Hopefully someone will come along with the link. It involves cutting out the membrane to expose the meat, spicing it up a tad, grilling at fairly high temps (meat down), flipping them adding the butter/garlic and dwelling to finish. There is no better way to do lobsters on the egg.[p]Enjoy! Frozen or not, lobster is special.
