Hi Everyone,
I have been super busy at work and taking classes online through the University of Minnesota. It has been so ROUGH my wife has been getting the small egg ready before I get home from work . We cooked on the small three times this week and she didn't even add any lump to it :=) Anyway, Last night I put a 7 1lb Boston Butt bone in fat cap down with plate setter legs up with grate and drip pan below grate. Egg was stabilized to dome temp 250 at roughly 9pm Wed night I let "Oscar" do the rest... the butt hit internal temp 190 at about 9:45 am this this morning. I pulled it wrapped it in foil and it is resting on my kitchen counter at this very momment. For everyone that is going to Waldorf have a blast and eat some extra goodies for me. For those of you that are here have a great day. I gotta work this weekend two 12's. No egging for me :=( Today, is a good day though![p]Regards, Pharmeggist
