Function for 100 people, Ideas for snacks?

Unknown

Hi evryone :-)
I don't usually cater for so many people, but this is a kind of cute little job; a construction company are having an open house day, to present their latest housing project to the public, they expect about 100 people in a space of 3 to 5 hours. They thought they would ask me to "cook up something fun" (they've tried egg/primo food haha)
It's a free snacks thing, there won't be any tables or chairs -just cardboard plates and garbage bins for later.
I had an idea of making tiny pulled pork "sandwiches" using a piece of tortilla with a tiny bit of sauce and slaw on top, held together by a toothpick or skewer.. or will that be too complicated?
Any ideas for a yummy but very easy to produce little snack?
Thanks everyone
Thorsten
PS I'll post pics of what I end up doing!

how about some italian sausage or polish sausage smoked / grilled and then cut up into bite size, served on a toothpick
    or
make a foccacia / pizza that you can slice up into bite treats
    or
    chicken wings (drummets)

    good luck with the event

    :woohoo:
