Stuffed Salmon
Had great eggsperience over the weekend. Bought some stuffed Salmon from Costco and egged direct @450 for i5 min. with just a few cherry chips WOW just great!

We have tried that Costco stuffed salmon in the oven and it was great. Sounds like yours turned out better. 15 minutes without flipping?.....how did the stuffing cook up? I would've tried indirect, since it is designed to be baked, but if you got good results direct, that might be better...cuz you get a little sear on it.[p]Costco usually sells skinless salmon. Was that the case?

Nature Boy, Yes the salmom was skinless. I forgot to mention that I squirted on a little lemon. Next time, I will use olive oil on the underside. No,fliping-- the stuffing got golden brown and the undreside got alittle sear as you mentioned.
