I have left overs of 48 quite large raw chicken wing tips that I cut off. I recall some thread somewhere about using these for chicken stock or something like that. Any recipe ideas would be appreciated!

    RRP,
I save all the wing tips and the finished leftover cargus to make stock. I use water, celery, onions, carrots and S&P. I simmer for about 4 to 6 hours until all the meat falls off the bones. Strain and allow to cool and then defat and freeze in bags. It is great for soups. Good luck, Tom
