<p />This afternoon we had some friend over and I was asked about why I own three egg! I don't know if my answer was accepted.[p]So to show their value, for dinner I fired up the large and made a 2.5 lbs Tri tip. It was a huge hit. The women made the corn inside while the boys went outside and "talked shop" or egg as was the case. [p]Although this was very casual and we ate out on the deck, I still tried to make our simple meal look fancy![p]May have a new egg buyer as a result of a very simple dish![p]The Smokey One

Tri-tip looks great.[p]I like nothing more than firing up a large for ribs.[p][p]One for baked beans.[p][p]The small for scampi while everything is cooking.[p]
