Jerky making on the BGE
Does anyone else make jerky on their BGE? We have had great success with Venison jerky. We would like to make a turkey jerky that we tried locally. It was made with Turkey breast, not ground turkey. Does anyone have recipes, tips, etc. to share?

Brenda Tuttle, you came to the right place for jerky. GFW and others have the jerky down pat. I gave two vacuum packed packages to my neighbor to take to Canada on a fishing trip last night. Others will fill you in on the recipes. Quite simple. Lots of techniques.
