around 300 dome for 2.5 hours indirect with drip pan. half an apple and half a lemon in each cavity. we cut the rolls and spread some margarine, then a chuck of chicken breast. that eatin good in the neighborhood!

the skin was really crisp on the drumsticks and most of the breast. probably a bump up to around 350 for 20 minutes or so at the end would have made it perfect. i think i bumped it to 320 near the end for about 10 minutes...[p]

Where'd you find that?[p]Tomorrow is my first pork shoulder roast, 4.5 lbs. I promised dinner to my brother and sister-in-law so I'm figuring about 10 hours? Sound right? I know it varies a lot.

i get those at woody's little farm. the store and restaurant are completely gone now.[p]boston butts are about 2 hours per pound so planning on 10 is probably a good plan. you can always foil and cooler if it's done early.
