Leftover Brisket Chili

Try this brisket hash. Par boil some cubed potatos. Then throw diced onions, bell peppers together with the browned potatos. Add the chopped brisket and warm all together to form your hash. Add some fried eggs to complete this meal. Good luck, Tom

I use a big can of diced tomato with a big can of tomato juice and a can of thick tomato sauce. I season with a store bought package of hot chili seasoning. I dice some onion, celery and green pepper and add chopped brisket or pulled pork and cook a few hours either on the egg or in a crock pot. Serve with scoops. Good luck, Tom
