First Eye of Round

<p />Our local HEB supermarket had a sale on eye of round roasts. I picked one up knowing nothing about it. I used Weber's Big Book of Grilling's Type A rub on it about 15 minutes before putting it on. Seared on each side at about 550 degrees then rest until egg gets to 400. Put back on for 15 minutes a side. It was at 125 internal after exactly 30 minutes. What a great rub and great flavor. Made a mustard aioli to go with it and cilantro lime corn on the cob.
