What goes with sausage?

About every three months we grill sausage in our office courtyard. The sausage, wraps, and fixins are provided, and everyone brings a side dish or desert. I'm tired of the usual sides and am looking for ideas. What do y'all make to go with sausage?

RJH,
I have to admit, I stick to the grilled onions and green pepper strips. I'll be watching this thread for some other ideas.

RJH,[p] Biscuits and Gravy of course!! [p]Ohh wait what kind of sausage. There are probably as many different kinds of sausages as there are warts on stikes nose..[p]

RJH,
Sausage sliced and piled on top a bed of rice is always a good thing...[p]Wess

RJH,
A great Polish addition for ham or sausage other than the usual mustard, kraut etc.
Boil three beets till tender.
Let them cool down, peel and then grate. The fine side of the grater.Be careful not to get bloody knuckles in this process.
Mix in fresh grated horse raddish or the bottled kind till you have the desired heat level. The color of the mix looks great and is good to the taste buds. Many people use canned beets to do this and the color is pastel as opposed to a bright and vivid purple.
Enjoy.

RJH, thanks for all the suggestions. Now I'm really bewildered. FYI, this is for Elgin style or Johnsonville brats type sausage links. My wife threw in a hash brown casserole as an idea. What to do!!!

maybe some saurkraut and get some other sausages to try, im more fond of linguica and chourico and kielbasa on the grill. Loukanika sausage is good with ouzo but that might not be the best idea for an office courtyard. we call our office courtyard the boiler makers lounge. even there the ouzos not appropriate anymore, times a changing
fukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it
