Just finished eating the best ribs I ever made. I accidentily foiled at 2 hours instead of 3, then kept them on until they were done, hence 2/1/1.5 ribs. [p]Thanks to Wess B for in-cook advice.[p]By the way I used the recipe from the BGE website for babybacks by Cat. I think Cat's rub made the big difference in taste. If you haven't tried it, you owe it to yourself.[p]Mantis
