One fine butt

The egg continues to amaze!!! Had friends in that used to live in VA and they said the haven't had pulled pork like this since the moved north. Possibly a new egger joining the family. The 6 lb butt turned into some great pulled pork. It took almost 18 hrs at 230* - 240*. The best pulled pork I have ever had. Served it on egg baked buns(thanks char-woody)with q sauce. Complimented it with baked beans and slaw. Fresh strawberries and cream for dessert. What a meal. Thanks again for all of your help, you were truly a part of a great day.[p]Chuck
