Just took off another Turbo Butt. An 8.5 pound Boston Butt was finish in 12 hours. Starting dome temp was 250 and the finishing temp was 240 degrees. Now is this breakfast around 7:30 am or lunch?[p]For Nature Boy: On the Iron Chef last night, the challenger stuffed raw squid wth steamed garlic. He put about 8 cloves of garlic (large ones) into the body tube ( I probably used the wrong terminology) of the squids and than cooked the squid in a soup. The garlic were steam ed in milk to remove the strong smell. The judges said the garlic was soft and seemed like galric potatoes. Why don't you try this squid with garlic cloves cooked on the egg? [p]PUlled Pork here today, Chicken Sunday, and Calzones on Monday. Like Gfw says "Life is Good".

    Fireball,
Woooohaya! Another turbo butt. Musta been a lazy ass pig. Nothing like PP for breakfast!.[p]Thanks for the stuffed squid idea. Gretl recently emailed me about a stuffed squid recipe she did. Not on the egg, but it sounds like an eggable do! Milk-steamed garlic eh? Leave it to the Iron Chef! He bad.[p]Enjoy the Pork and 'Zones.
