Grilled Cheese!

Following up my question from yesterday afternoon, I ended up with a block of Tropical brand Queso de Freir (frying cheese). I oiled it lightly and put on the grill at 350 degrees. I turned it after 4 1/2 minutes, just as it was starting to ooze through the grill. After another 4 1/2 minutes I set it on a piece to foil (on the now-shut-down Egg) to hold until ready to serve. [p](Didn't need the griddle after all.)[p]It made an unusual, interesting, and tastey addition to a dinner of grilled shrimp and stir-fried zucchini and peppers.[p]The cheese itself came from our Super WalMart. Here's a link to the creamery that makes it.[p]Ken
