    Your ham looks great...
    I made the leg of lamb on Sunday. My experience with lamb is very limited and I seldom eat lamb. I was very happy with with the end results. Very moist and juicy with great flavor. I really like the way the meat from the same slice had such different flavor from different parts of the leg.
    I took a few photos and I will post Tuesday.
    Your step by step post made things very easy. Not sure how things would have come out with written instructions only...

    Triple M Budaball, package said 43 percent less salt than a typically cooked ham. not salty at all.
