Venison Backstrap???

This is my first attempt with the egg for grilling backstrap. What temperature would those out in Eggland suggest?

i'd go around 350deg until med rare.

J.West,[p]I agree.. 350 until med rare.[p]Also, marinade for a few hours before hand. If you don't have a good marinade.. try this one of mine.[p]MMM, will taste like great steak.
