After thawing out it lost it's "torpedo" shape and was able to fit in the egg just fine.[p]Much thanks to all the suggestions and of course to Max for listening to my manic rambling!!

melissa, always a pleasure listening to your rants :-)[p]glad its all fitting. ..just make sure you keep basting, and tent it if it starts browning to early. ..also, sure hope you filled that fire box up about as much you possibly can. ..that bird will take a while at 325. ..
