Have you tried paella with it yet? I don't think you can make one without it once you've tried it. I love just a simple rice with it also. It is a very unique flavor. -RP

And keep in mind that was some really dried out saffron that I was getting ready to toss. I usually get about two years to a batch but this one didn't last that long. -RP

AZRP,[p]Yep, and for that very reason I'm using at least 20, if not 30 minutes of extraction time. Wine is supposed work better than water, but I haven't tried that yet.[p]~thirdeye~[p]
