<p />I was waiting for my fatties to get done and I decided I was hungry. So I cooked up some skyline chili dogs..( I keep the chili frozen in 1/2 cup bags)

    WessB,
I had the same reaction. I was all prepared to just bite the bullet and not go get lunch. Now I'm gonna have to go hit Dairy Queen or something and pretend that I'm eating what's in the picture.

Bobby-Q,[p]Well everything depends on what type of fatties they are..[p]The one's with no rub on them are Italian ..and they will go and samiches...[p]the others....well the are hot..and I will eat them with a lot of different things...pizza topping...cheese and crackers,....
egg samiches in the morning....[p]alone with a few beers...[p]the rub is mine..[p]1/4 cup of Sugar in the Raw
    1 T onion powder
    1 T garlic powder
    1 T Sea Salt
    2 T ground chipotle
    1 T ground red pepper
    1 T ground habanero
1 t fresh ground black pepper (I really like peppers!!)
    1 t paprika
    1/4 t ground fennel seed
    1/8 t citric acid[p]Mix and roll![p]
I eye ball most of this stuff because I am pretty good at it..I also taste and adjust...

You really need to simmer it for 3 hours to get the flavors to settle down and meld...together...[p]
