Well, its hump day and for me I start thinking about what to cook this weekend! Tonight is a bacon wrapped filet (wife is going out with the girls ... well, that's what she told me.) Cheap mustard is sounding good unless there are any other suggestions. [p]Weather in Atlanta is beutiful. Pulled pork is calling and no better time I can think of than this weekend. I think I better take the 6.5 lb pork sholder out of the freezer today if I want it thawed out by Friday night (will smoke it over night). [p]That's it for me! [p]Smokey
