Pittsburgh style steak from Cleveland

<p />Several folks contacted me about this technique when I posted my beauty contest entry. For those of you who can appreciate a fine steak leaning toward rare this is a must try. The wife was out with the girls last evening and the kid was home alone with time on his hands. This was a dangerous combination and an opportunity for me to visit Pittsburgh hehehe[p]I've tried to document the cook with the link below. I'm not an expert, but I've done these enough times on both of my Eggs to feel comfortable. Have a look if you are interested.
