I think it was Baha who mentioned he injected some pork butt with a maple syrup concoction. Can you give me the amount of syrup and stuff that you used. Not sure if you injected it full of syrup or just used a little with the rub. If Baha doesnt respond, Im looking for a new injection recipe for this weekend port butt. We are going to the dirt tracks Sat night and Im gonna do an over-nighter tomm. So I need to get it injected tonight if possible.[p]Thanks
