Well if you like bread like I do. I went to the local market and pick up fresh pizza dough. I let it rise once and cut in half, then rolled it out to make it look like a Italian bread loaf, when I rolled it I used garlic powder inside of it. Then I let it rise again in the loaf form. I cook it at 420 degrees with pizza stone at the height of my lid on the BGE Large. It was crispy on the out side and the taste was great. Because most of Florida's bread in no good as far as I am concern. I also used corn meal on the stone to keep it from burning. Love my bread. Hey I am Italian, what Italian doesn’t love bread.
