This weekend, I had a craving for some mexican food.[p]I used a package of taco seasoning (the cheap stuff) as a rub for flank steak (over night). Then smoked it direct for about two hours. Then choped it and made tacos using lightly grilled tortillas. What a great meal. Gone too fast for pics![p]Smokey

    Smokey,
Tacos, Fajitas or Burritos … whatever the name, dems is gooood eating. I may try a Flank steak next time instead of a skirt steak. [p]What else rounded out the meat?

RhumAndJerk,[p]Skirt steak sounds mighty good too. I used flank steak because it was on sale (it also gave me a chance to use a meat tenderizer I won about 4 month ago).[p]Smokey

    Smokey,
Flank steak usual goes for about $4.50 per pound. Skirt Steak goes for around $2. It is funny, but they are next to each other on the cow..[p]I do want to try a flank steak though.[p]Happy Grilling,
