Advice on cooking a Leg of Lamb

I have a nice little 4.5lb Leg o' Lamb i would like to 'egg'and would like to go for the 'low and slow' approach. Any suggestions would be glady recived.

To lean for low and slo, 350* for 20 min per pd for medium rare. Remove all fat, cut pockets into the leg and nsert garlic cloves. Rub with olive oil and rub in rosemary.
