got back from a cruise - craving real steaks

i went on the Caribbean Princess (an upscale ship- so they say)
we went one night to their extra costing "steak house" on board called Sterling. I asked the the waiter what temp they were using to do the steaks & he no idea.
The beef was not very tender, they used only salt & pink pepper corns. The outside was seared & pink on the inside - BUT NO FLAVOR
man did i miss the BGE, so tonight it's STEAK on the BGE
