piri piri hot sauce

Has anyone tried piri piri chicken -- piri piri is a Portugese hot pepper mixture, and it is particularly famous on chicken? I ordered some bags of the mix from http://www.piripiriusa.com/, mixed it with olive oil (I thinned it with water) and left it to sit for a few days unrefrigerated (they recommend at least a week). Most delicious. I like the resulting hot sauce on sandwiches, too. It's quite hot. The mix (5 bags minimum) is cheap -- I think I paid $13.95 with postage. I had had piri piri in a jar from a Portugese supermarket some years ago, and this is every bit as good, perhaps better. -- km
