A big thanks to "thirdeye" on helping me with the Pig Candy and Fatties. You helped me keep my reputation alive :)
My wife surprised me this morning, by asking me to cook on the BGE for her family, they were coming over to the house in the afternoon. I needed something else to cook along with the chicken roll-ups. I was looking for something with a "WOW" factor. Thirdeye's method for Pig Candy and stuffed fatties were just the thing. Wonderful!!
For the fatties I used Jimmy Dean Original stuffed with jalapino peppers and Momterey Jack cheese.
