Just bought 2 Talapia filets for supper tonight. Going to put Raging River on them any other ideas for them. What time and temps should I use. Thanks for the help.

    Mayberry Smoker, might try TNW's panko fillet. If you can't get any Panko, coarsely chop toasted white bread in a food processor for a quick and dirty. If you have company get the panko much better presentation.[p]

    Look in the freezer section of your nearest Super Walmart for a 10 lb box of frozen talapia. It is usually on sale for $10 a box. Good luck, Tom
