First Brisket

Did my first brisket (~5lb) yesterday. Came out juicy, smokey and very tasty! Cannot wait to try some of the leftovers when I get home from work. Let it smoke (with lots of hickory) for about 11 hours - until the Polder hit 200.[p]Went fishin Sat. morning (don't ask) and all I got to bring home was a small rainbow trout (hooked in the eye otherwise it would have been thrown back). Smoked that for about an hour with just salt and pepper, very good!
